My appointments are approximately 50 minutes long. As a new client, I will ask you to complete introductory forms online before our initial consultation. I will email a welcome message with a link to a patient portal with the forms and information for our first appointment.
Payment and Insurance
Please contact me about my fees. I ask that you pay me by check or cash at at the time of service. I do not accept insurance and I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you would like to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company, please confirm your benefits before our first meeting. At your request, I will provide you with monthly statements that will include your payments and other information required by insurance. I ask that you submit the statements to your insurance.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule an appointment, I ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your appointment time. If you are not able to provide 48 hours notice, you may be charged the full fee for your appointment.
